Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem and wish to return any merchandise, just return it using the instructions below and we'll exchange or refund it:
The company offers:
1. A full refund* or exchange on all regular-priced online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 30 days of order delivery.
2. An exchange or credit note on all sale-priced online purchases of products returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 14 days of order delivery.
Credit notes will be for the lesser of:
1. The amount originally paid
2. The current ticketed price of the merchandise in question.
*The company will reimburse your freight costs only if we were at fault. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs and duties fees are also non-refundable for International and Canada shipments/orders.
It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e original) condition possible. Please retain original packaging and labels.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the items at our warehouse. Currently items cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store. Items for exchange or refund must be returned to the address below.
Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction. If your card has expired the return will be issued as a credit-note/store-credit.
Prior to shipping back your return, an e-mail must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting authorization for return, detailing the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you.
The subject line of the e-mail should be "Returns - Order number xxxx(put actual order number/invoice # here)".
Please use the most cost efficient method when shipping back your items.
